Join us for our world-class endurance run through the Lakes Basin Recreation Area on September 28th, 2013!
Featuring the finest trails in California’s rugged and forgotten Gold Country
The "Lost Sierra" is a 50-kilometer (32 mile) long foot race with a 18 mile short course option that starts and ends in the town of Graeagle in the Plumas National Forest.
With one year under our belt, we are ready to put on the Lost Sierra Endurance Run again in 2013! After all, we’re the same team that has produced the Downieville Classic mountain bike race and All-Mountain World Championships for the past 18 years. The Lost Sierra will follow the same successful model of the Downieville Classic; a high-quality racecourse, good food, tasty libations, live music and camping under the open Sierra sky. And like the Downieville Classic, all net proceeds generated from the event will help support our local trail maintenance program, ensuring our trails stay in tip-top condition.
We have created a FlickR group pool for everyone to upload and view photos
from the 2012 Lost Sierra Endurance Run.
